This idea came about after a Bourbon Dinner in a crowded restaurant trying to hear the Woodford guy tell his story of their origins and that of each bottle we tasted. What if you had a badass, barn event venue to create an incredible experience around both your wine, beer or spirit and the food of the restaurant you chose to pair with for the occasion? You tell YOUR story to a captive audience enjoying great food, great music, all with a bonfire and a quiet farm, prairie backdrop.
It’s called The Field Trip. Rent a bus (seats 66+), pregame at the chosen restaurant, load them up, treat them to an amazing experience, post-game back at the restaurant where they can evangelize to everyone about it and they ALL want a ticket on that next bus!
Company Picnics, Christmas Dinners, Team Building, SKOs & Strategic Offsites
What better way to show your appreciation of your staff than treating them to a nice company picnic full of fun & games and hosting the annual Christmas Party to help them connect and bond outside the workplace. There’s also a lot to be said getting the executives or sales teams out of the office to brainstorm about how best to succeed moving forward, all that fresh air and new surroundings gets the creative juices flowing! Again, glad to help, you can bring your own caterer, and whatever else you need , we are not here to nickle-and-dime you to death.
The Rebound Special Wedding
When a couple wants to get married for the second, third or fourth time (unless you’re Ron Hively and the lucky gal is #7) they are usually want a quick ceremony for 15-20 minutes and a party with 50-60 of their closest family and friends. I mean, let’s face it, ain’t nobody wearing white and this is more a formality to introduce the families and set the tone of the relationship (hopefully forever this time!).. Yes, I’m being a bit of a cavalier smartass for fun, but seriously, we have one of the special barn wedding venues in Indianapolis said to be perfect for this type of occasion. Plus, we have tables, chairs, flower vases, runners and other stuff we throw in as part of the deal because we are not trying to break the bank by nickeling and diming you..
Private Concerts, Special Events, and Charity Fundraising Events
Think Jenny Devoe, selling tickets to a private concert, a limited amount of tickets because it’s a special event, first come, first serve, creating a buzz and desire to be included next time. Or promoters trying to build a brand around one of their performers and/or hosting a private party because that’s what they do! And last, but certainly not least, charities looking for affordable, unique, event space for rent Indianapolis to host fundraising events or galas would appreciate what we have to offer. We strongly believe in giving back to the community, so much so that 10% of our proceeds is donated to each respective charity.
Giving Back – The RHI Adaptive Sports Program
Speaking of Giving Back, our charity of choice is the RHI Foundation and their Adaptive Sports Program. 10% of EVERY event goes to support their work with physically disabled persons and veterans, helping them get back into the game of life with a sense of belonging in a community and getting back to the game of life!
The RHI Foundation funds the RHI Adaptive Sports Program, a community-based program offering persons with physical disabilities the opportunity to participate in competitive and recreational team sports,elite/Paralympic athletic programs, and about 20 recreational sport clinics per year. This program provides those living with a physical disability the opportunity to participate in adaptive sports and recreation, increasingtheir feelings of connection, confidence, purpose, meaning, possibility, thrill, and joy.
